Frank Mauro practices in the areas of wills, trusts and general estate planning, probate, business formation and civil litigation including all type of probate litigation.  Frank is Board Certified in the area of Civil Trial Law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, since 1979.  He was the first such attorney certified in Civil Trial Law in Brazoria County.

After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a B.B.A. in 1970, he attended the University of Houston Law Center, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1973.  He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1974. 

Frank is currently a member of the Probate, Real Estate and Trust and Litigation sections of the State Bar of Texas.  He is also a member of the Texas Bar Foundation. 

On a personal note, Frank was born in Houston but has resided in Lake Jackson, Texas for over 25 years.  He is married to Lana Mauro, his wife of 30 years.  Frank and Lana have three children, Lucas, Leighton, and Lauren.
